Uncertainty beclouds appearance of Sheikh Zakzaky before Presidential Investigative Panel

There appears to be so much uncertainty concerning the appearance of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky before the Presidential Investigation Panel looking into human rights abuses by the military. The Sheikh, who was initially scheduled to make presentation between 30th October and 3rd November, had to have the presentation shifted to Wednesday 8th November. However, submitted a memo on behalf of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria and other members killed or maimed in the atrocious attack by the Military in December 2015.
