The leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky has said we will not stop security agents from doing their job. “They do their job, we do ours” he said, while discussing the planned attack on the Movement sometimes back.
The Sheikh referred to the arrest of a well known terrorist who was headed to Nigeria before his arrest at Beirut airport some years ago. Although the authorities have kept a sealed lips on who he was coming to see, he had disclosed that he was coming to fight Shi’a community as part of a joint American, Israeli and Saudi project.
He further disclosed that a contract had been given to some agents to infiltrate the Movement and cause bloodshed. “I had told you about eight people contracted for N25m each. Now I have a clearer picture,” he said. Explaining that in Sokoto alone there are 7, three each in Kano and Katsina, one each in Niger and Jos and so on.
