Amnesty International has come out to state the inevitability of investigating Nigeria by the ICC for the wide range of crimes against humanity, genocide against citizens and mass graves committed by some of its officials, describing any further delay as a waste of time considering the recent admission of the Office of the Prosecutor report that Nigeria has been unwilling to cooperate with the ICC in its investigations.
